CUSTOMER ACCOUNT When an account is opened with Investment Evaluative Services (IES) we collect your name and email address. If you are placing an order to buy one of our publications, arranging for a seminar/symposium or requesting IESC to critique and evaluate an investment opportunity for fraud, scams and deceptive practices that will require payment, we also collect your billing address, and in some cases, your telephone number. This information will be used to process your orders and if required to contact you regarding your order status. We do not share your customer contact information with third parties. Once your account has been established with IESC it will indicate that you would be willing to receive information from IESC about further publications or other promotions IESC may offer in the future. IESC reserves the right to share information with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site.
