About IESCINVESTMENT EVALUATIVE SERVICES (IES) is a Florida service established on January 3rd., 1997. Its principal office is 3947 SW 57th Terrace Ocala, Florida 33474. Investment Evaluative Services offers a unique service to law enforcement agencies, lawyers, accountants, bankers, investment counselors and advisors for their clients and directly with the investor himself. The corporation's principals and advisory staff have more than eighty years of experiences globally in business and finance. In the areas of finance and investments its staff has had countless opportunities to evaluate investment proposals, low interest rate loans and elusive commodities ventures. It has been their experiences, that although most of the investment opportunities have been credibly presented, inevitably they have turned into nightmarish adventures. Its president, David L. Boccagna, is a Ph. D., and has lived in the Middle East for more than fourteen years. During which time he was an associate and partner of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Mishari bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He also served as advisor and consultant to members of the Royal Families in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the Emirates and to dignitaries and industrialists in the Gulf States as well. IESC has been encouraged by associates in the US and abroad to make their experiences and expertise available to professionals and private investors. These professionals, lawyers, accountants, bankers and investment advisors, not otherwise familiar with the numerous fraudulent and bogus schemes, can spend many hours of their valuable time researching offers in an effort to ascertain their validity and legitimacy. It is in this capacity that IESC can help these individuals by critiquing and evaluating these offers for them.
